Orders are typically processed the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping for $10 on all domestic orders under $50.

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–4 business days after processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to select ZIP codes near Washington, Missouri.

Local delivery is available for orders of $25 or more.

Orders between $25 and $74.99 are charged a $10 delivery fee.
Orders of $75 or more qualify for free local delivery.

Most local deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days.

Available local delivery options will appear at checkout if your address qualifies.

Shipping Delays
Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days so we can help make it right.
