Questions

The things people ask before they buy one.

How does it get delivered?

By email, no shipping involved. If you check send it straight to them, it goes to the address you enter, on the date you pick. Otherwise it lands in your own inbox and you can forward it or print it yourself.

Does it expire?

No. The balance stays on the card until it is spent.

What if they do not spend the whole thing at once?

Whatever is left stays on the card. They enter the same code next time and the remaining balance comes off.

Where can it be used?

Online at thestoriedshelf.com, and in person at our markets and pop up events. It cannot be used to buy another gift card.

The email never showed up.

Check the spam and promotions folders first, then email us at info@thestoriedshelf.com with the order number and we will resend it.

Can I get a refund on a gift card?

Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If something went wrong with an order, write to us and we will sort it out.
