Q: Are your items new or used?
Most of the products we sell are brand new, often sourced from closeouts, overstock deals, or limited-run collections. Occasionally, you’ll find a vintage gem—but we’ll always call it out clearly in the listing.

Q: Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
We typically ship the same or next business day. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S.—but we’re always exploring options as we grow.

Q: Where do you find your inventory?
We hunt for treasures in all kinds of places—closeout sales, liquidations, auctions & more. Every item we offer is something we’d be excited to give, keep, or stumble across ourselves.

Q: Can I send a basket or item as a gift?
Absolutely! Just add a note at checkout if you’d like us to include a short message. We don’t include pricing in the box, so it’s gift-ready.

Q: Will an item come back in stock?
Most of our finds are limited-quantity, so once they’re gone, they’re usually gone. If you see something you love, we recommend snagging it while you can.

Q: Are the items in the photos the exact items I will receive?
Some listings may only have quantities of 2-3 available. In those cases, the item you receive may not be the exact one pictured, but it will be in equal or better condition unless otherwise noted.

Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes. We offer local delivery in select areas near Washington, Missouri. Eligible customers will see local delivery options at checkout.

Q: How often do you add new inventory?
New finds hit the shelf regularly. Since many items are limited quantity, we recommend checking back often or following us on social for the latest drops.
