Q: Are your items new or used?
Most of the products we sell are brand new, often sourced from closeouts, overstock deals, or limited-run collections. Occasionally, you’ll find a vintage gem—but we’ll always call it out clearly in the listing.

Q: Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
We typically ship within 3-5 Business Days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S.—but we’re always exploring options as we grow.

Q: Where do you find your inventory?
We hunt for treasures in all kinds of places—closeout sales, liquidations, auctions & more. Every item we offer is something we’d be excited to give, keep, or stumble across ourselves.

Q: Can I send a basket or item as a gift?
Absolutely! Just add a note at checkout if you’d like us to include a short message. We don’t include pricing in the box, so it’s gift-ready.

Q: Will an item come back in stock?
Most of our finds are limited-quantity, so once they’re gone, they’re usually gone. If you see something you love, we recommend snagging it while you can.
